tahun 2017 ada 3 post jer dalam blog ni....sedih...hahaha...
update status, masih single tapi dah berkerjaya......Alhamdulillah....dapat jugak lah kerja dalam bidang engineering setelah lebih setahun lepas tamat belajar...sebelum dapat kerja dalam bidang tu, join macam2 program SL1M dan program yang konon tambah kemahiran. kat sini aq listkan program tu:
1. Kelly Services Graduate Employability Program a.k.a Project CLIMB = SL1M
Duration : August 2016 - March 2017
Program : 1 week class, then continue On Job Training (OJT) with 7 Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd as Temporary EDP Assistant for 6 month and finish my contract by continue OJT with Kelly Services until end of contract.
Allowance : RM1500 + RM300(extra allowance by 7E) per month
then, sengaja menagangur on April 2017 sebab kebetulan ada konvo bulan tu, so tak try hard sangat cari kerja sebab tak nak lah baru masuk kerja dah nak mintak cuti kan.
2. Program Expert Craftsman in PLC with Selangor Human Resources Development Centre (SHRDC)
Duration: May - Oct 2017
Program : 3 month class with 1 big project, learn PLC, SolidWorks, etc. before end of the 3 month need to finish a project related with what you learn (funded by SHRDC). then supposed to continue with OJT for another 3 month, but since i reject the only one OJT offer and did not receive any other OJT offer, my contract had been ended.
Allowance: RM500 (during OJT company will pay allowance together with allowance from SHRDC) per month
3. SL1M - Tenaga Nasional Berhad
Duration : Start Oct 2017 (program offered for 6 months)
Program: 1 month training. to be honest all the training program was really good and interesting. but since i already received a job offer, so i did not finish all the classes. then they will send you for OJT at any TNB branch or subsidiary company across Penisular Malaysia. MOST of technical background will get OJT near hometown. and non-technical usually branch around KL/Selangor. you can request to get your preferred OJT location, but not-necessary you will get it.
Allowance: RM1500 per month
then on OCTOBER 2017 i had start my career as an Engineer. finally....hahaha....
so, kepada graduan yang masih mencari kerja, jangan pernah putus harapan.....setiap orang ada dugaan tersendiri dan tak perlu membandingkan seseorang dengan seseorang yang lain.
kalau nak tanya sebarang soalan boleh pm di facebook ok....
