Deepavali (also spelled Divali in few countries) or Diwali, popularly known as the festival of lights, is an important five-day festival in Hinduism, Jainism, Sikhism, and occurring between mid-October and mid-November. For Hindus, Diwali is the most important festival of the year and is celebrated in families by performing traditional activities together in their homes. Deepavali is an official holiday in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Mauritius, Guyana, Trinidad & Tobago, Suriname, Malaysia, Singapore, and Fiji.

The name Diwali is itself a contraction of the word "Deepavali" (Sanskrit: दीपावली Dīpāvali), which translates into row of lamps. Diwali involves the lighting of small clay lamps (diyas) (or Deep in Sanskrit: दीप) filled with oil to signify the triumph of good over evil. During Diwali, all the celebrants wear new clothes and share sweets and snacks with family members and friends. Most Indian business communities begin the financial year on the first day of Diwali.

Diwali commemorates the return of Lord Rama along with Sita and Lakshman from his fourteen year long exile and vanquishing the demon-king Ravana. In joyous celebration of the return of their king, the people of Ayodhya, the Capital of Rama, illuminated the kingdom with earthen diyas (oil lamps) and burst crackers. In Jainism, Diwali marks the attainment of moksha or nirvana by Mahavira in 527 BC. In Sikhism, Deepavali commemorates the return of Guru Har Gobind Ji to Amritsar after freeing 52 Hindu kings imprisoned in Fort Gwalior by defeating Emperor Jahangir; the people lit candles and diyas to celebrate his return. This is the reason Sikhs also refer to Deepavali as Bandi Chhorh Diyas, "the day of release of detainees". Deepavali is widely celebrated in both India and Nepal.

The first day of the festival Naraka Chaturdasi marks the vanquishing of the demon Naraka by Lord Krishna and his wife Satyabhama. Amavasya, the second day of Deepawali, marks the worship of Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth in her most benevolent mood, fulfilling the wishes of her devotees. Amavasya also tells the story of Lord Vishnu, who in his dwarf incarnation vanquished the tyrant Bali, and banished him to hell. Bali was allowed to return to earth once a year, to light millions of lamps to dispel the darkness and ignorance, and spread the radiance of love and wisdom. It is on the third day of Deepawali — Kartika Shudda Padyami that Bali steps out of hell and rules the earth according to the boon given by Lord Vishnu. The fourth day is referred to as Yama Dvitiya (also called Bhai Dooj) and on this day sisters invite their brothers to their homes.

utk ari ke-3 ni.....ckg kte pkul 8 dh nk gerak....tp mcm smlm nyer gak lh...delay lg....
pkul 9 pgi bru gerak....agk nyer lawatan ni klu x delay x sah eak....

ok....tuk ari ke-3 ni tmpt tujuan kite org ada Melaka Bandaraya Bersejarah....

tp sblum tu nk lh gak b'kenang-kanangan ngan skolh tmpt penginapan kite org...

then dh abis snap...snap...smbung lg journey...

tp sblum ke Melaka....kite org pusing2 lh dulu kt KL....

lbih kuang pkul 10 pgi smpai KL....pusing2...

lpas tu trus msuk highway otw ke Melaka....good bye Kuala Lumpur...

something interesting happen.....kite org smpai kt tol melaka (x ingt area mne...) SHARP pkul 12 tgh ari....wah....on time gitu....

then kite org di bawa driver bas utk menaiki bot pusing2 bandar Melaka....best ur gak....tp sungai tu x brape bersih lh....so agk mencacatkn pemandangan....huhuhu..

dh abis naik bot....g naik bas blik.....tujuan skang nk ke tmpt Menara Taming Sari...

tp sblum tu....solat Zuhur n Asar dulu kt Masjid Selat Melaka...

it was nice Mosque...

posing2 adalh aktiviti wajib

lpas dh solat n b'gmbr....kite org meneruskan perjalanan semula ke area Menara Taming Sari...

mse ni...kite org diberi kebebasan sepenuh nyer nk kemana-mana....asalkn ada dlm bas jam 6 ptg....

so aq pun yg utama cri mkn dulu lh...ye ur its afternoon already...lunch time....

so g lh msuk MELAKA MEGAMALL....sbb tu yg pling dekat mse tu...

mak ai...agk mahal gak makanan kt sini...walaupun juz mkn kt food court....

lpas tu kite org g ke Muzium Samudera (Muzium Kapal)....best gak ur dlm tu...

dlm tu ade byk replika patung, kapal, dll....

bersama ptung ape ntah....huhuhu

dh tu kite org ke Menara Taming Sari....ingt kn nk naik...tp price dia agk mahal lh....so kite org decide x yah naik....tgk jerk lh...

then jln2...snap snap....cuci mata....hahaha....

lpas tu g plak Mahkota Prade...

jeng...jeng...jeng...

mse aq ngan member aq tgh otw ke MP, aq rse apasal jln mcm x sedap jerk ni...

skali kasi turun itu mata tgk kasut.....warrrrrrgggggghhhhhhhhh.....kasut aq kopak....

peh nk jln lme lg ni....

so nk x nk cri lh kedai ksut dulu....cri kasut....lpas byr terus pkai.....

tp x lme pun aq pkai ksut bru tu.....sbb kasut tu dh mkn kaki aq....tu lh org tua2 kata... klu bru bli kasut tu kne gigit dulu...agk nyer sbb aq x buat, sbb tu kasut tu gigit kaki aq kot....

hahaha....mitos....bleh caye ker???

so aq nk x nk redah jerk lh pki ksut yg kopak tu...

jln then trus gerak ke bas...

kebetulan time pun almost over....

hurgghh....ngantok tahap gaban....tp bju skolh blum iron....so iron bju cpt2 trus tido....

dgn itu berakhir lh cuti-cuti SPM aq....hahaha...

best ur dlm tu....mcm2 jenis ikan ada...lps tu binatang/serangga len pun ada gak...


yg best mse lalu bwh terowong aquarium...
yg best nyer ada eskulator bergerak dlm tu....so x yah jln....hehehe...

then lpas tu kebetulan ada show memberi ikan makan oleh penyelam aquaria...best ur...
tp tmpat tu kecik sgt...plus...org pun ramai giler....x nk mcm pack plak mse tu...

lpas dh abis dlm aquaria...kite org pun kuar...mse nk kuar pun sesak giler....dgn bdk2 tadika yg beratur nk naik eskulator ke tingkat atas...huhuhu...

then g lh kedai cenderahati Atlantis....mcm2 ada....tp x ble lh nk borong sakan...aq juz bli 2 3 benda jerk....n bli kn adik aq jibbitz...

then ckg suruh gerak g Petrosains blik...so kite org pun men jln jerk lh...tau2 kne lalu luar... tp best gak...hehehe....dpt tgk menara KLCC...

then mse tgh otw ke petrosains abg aq call...tanye aq kt mne...

lpas tu bru aq perasan ada 5 miss call...dr abg aq n papa....hehehe....sory lh dlm aquaria tu x dgr ur...ialah mode silent...

then, smpai jerk kt floor Petrosains....

aq nmpk sorang mamat ni....tinggi jerk....pas tu keding plak tu....hahaha...

lh abg aq rupe nyer,...sian dtg sorang2....

then borak2 lh ngan dia jap sementara tggu nk msuk ke petrosains...

dh abis amik order...mkn....dh abis mkn....ape lg shopping time lh...hehehe...

then pkul 6.30 dh kne dlm bas...

mse nk ke tmpt yg kite org msuk....aq ble plak salah tmpat....so kne lh jln ke hujung lg 1... ke tmpt yg btul....

lpas tu naik bas....ingtkn after that nk ke Putrajaya, tp x ble....sbb ckg ckp tgh ada renovation....

so ingt nk ke Masjid Negara....lah pun x bleh gak....sbb jln nk ke Masjid Negara ditutup sbb kt Dataran Merdeka ada tayangan pelawanan akhir Piala Malaysia...

so conclusion nyer blik lh SMV Sungai Buluh....
